When & How Long?

  • Sessions are held every Wednesday, 7–9pm IST.

  • Each module runs for three consecutive weeks (3 sessions per module).

  • Every session lasts up to 2 hours.

Flow of Each Module

Each module has a consistent rhythm:

  • First two sessions: Guided by the module guide (the guest co-facilitator for that theme), with Simon holding overall facilitation throughout the program.

  • Third session: A space led by Simon and Elaine (without the module guide). This session is dedicated to integration, reflection, and processing, a chance to name what is unfinished, digest what arose, and settle before the module closes.

Module guides will also step into other sessions throughout the eight months, not in a teaching role, but to be present with the group field and unfolding process. Their presence is a way of sensing where the exploration is, listening to what is moving, and allowing this to inform the sessions they will later guide. In this way, they support the process by holding and witnessing, while the ongoing facilitation remains with Simon.

Integration Between Modules

After each three-week module, there is a two-week break. These pauses are intentional:

  • To allow time for rest and integration.

  • To support research, reflection, and journaling.

  • To meet with your triad (if you choose to opt in at the beginning), which offers further depth and personal processing between modules. Triads are a small group of three participants who commit to meeting together; we will offer guidance as to how to structure this space.

This rhythm of learning, integrating, and pausing helps ensure that the program is not only about gathering insights, but about allowing them to take root.

Flexibility & Replays

  • While the schedule is fixed, minor changes may occasionally occur if guest teachers need to reschedule.

  • All sessions are recorded and available for replay within 48 hours. Personal processes shared in the group will be removed to ensure privacy and confidentiality, while the core teachings and essence of each module are preserved.
