General Terms of Agreement

Participation & Responsibility

By joining Beyond the Irish Question, you understand that you are entirely responsible for your own personal safety, health, and well-being — mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, during and after the program.

The Initiative for Irish Integration & Emergence is not a medical organisation and does not provide medical advice. Any knowledge or practices shared during the program are intended for educational and developmental purposes only, and do not constitute medical or therapeutic treatment for you, your clients, or others.

By registering, you release the organisers, facilitators, guest teachers, assistants, and affiliates from any liability for injury or harm, mental or physical, that may occur during or after participation in the program.

Nature of the Work

The tools and practices offered in this training are not an exact science; outcomes vary from person to person. No guarantees are made regarding the impact of the work, and participants agree not to present these methods to others as guaranteeing specific results.

While this program may support meaningful personal transformation and have therapeutic effects, it is not a trauma therapy program. Participants are expected to have a stable foundation of personal mental health and to self-manage any pre-existing conditions independently.

Participation & Use of Materials

  • Registration must be completed individually. Fees apply per participant.

  • Course content and materials are for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties without prior consent from the organisers.

  • Certification is not offered in this program; participation does not authorise you to teach its practices in a professional capacity.

Refunds Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to info@irishintegration.com.

  • More than 1 month before course commencement: 50% refund of the course fee.

  • Between 2 weeks – 1 month before commencement: 25% refund.

  • Less than 2 weeks before commencement: no refund.

  • Once the program has begun: no refunds are offered, except if the organisers cancel the program.

  • Participant bookings are not transferable to another person or course.

  • Payment plan participants remain responsible for completing all agreed instalments.

  • In the rare event of force majeure (events outside our reasonable control), the organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or adapt the program without liability.

Cancellation Policy

The Initiative for Irish Integration & Emergence reserves the right to cancel the program at any time prior to its commencement.
In the unlikely event that this happens, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their course fees.

Course Content

Guest Teachers

If a planned guest teacher is, for any reason, unable to teach in the program, we will endeavour to replace them with another facilitator of equal expertise. A change in faculty does not entitle participants to a refund of all or any part of the course fees.

Course Materials

All course materials will be available to download for your personal use until shortly after the program ends. Once the course platform closes, the content will no longer be accessible online. It is the participant’s responsibility to download any materials they wish to keep before that time.

Your purchase entitles you to keep the content for your own future reference. Materials may not, under any circumstances, be shared with others or distributed outside the program.

Recordings & Future Use

All live sessions are recorded.

  • Participants will have access only to teaching and practice segments, not to personal processes.

  • Full recordings (including personal processes) may be used solely for confidential team supervision to ensure quality of facilitation, and are deleted within 1 month after the program ends.

  • For future projects (e.g. teaching, presentations, or promotional material), only recordings of facilitators or guest teachers may be used. No participant images, voices, or personal processes will ever be used without separate, explicit written consent.

  • By enrolling, participants consent to this limited use.

Reflections & Writings
As part of her role in the program, guest facilitator Elaine may draw on themes that emerge during group exploration to inform her writing. These reflections will never include participant names or identifying details. If Elaine wishes to use a direct participant quote, she will contact the individual first and obtain their explicit consent before publication.

Payment Plan Terms of Agreement

  1. By signing up for a payment plan, the participant commits to completing payment of all course fees by the agreed dates.

  2. Payment plans take automatic payments from the designated payment card for the duration of the plan. The participant agrees to ensure that the designated card has sufficient funds to cover the entire payment plan.

  3. Following the first payment, subsequent payments will be taken on a monthly basis from the same payment method, unless otherwise arranged.

  4. If a participant misses a payment for any reason, access to all course content will be paused until the missing payment(s) are complete.

  5. In the case that a participant chooses to cease their participation in the course, the course fees remain due in full, according to the payment plan schedule. No refunds will be issued for payments already made, and future instalments will not be waived.

  6. Payment plans are not available via bank transfer and are always offered at the discretion of the organisers.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, and all participation in the program, are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of German courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
