Individual work gives us space to explore our own lives.

In a group, we can also begin to notice what lives between us: the histories we share, the differences we meet, and the ways we come into or move away from connection.

I offer spaces where we can slow down, attend to our experience and explore together. Through embodied practice, honest conversation and shared inquiry, we deepen our capacity to be present with ourselves and one another.
