Gender, Belonging & Cultural Change

In this session we explore:

• The difference between cohesion and control
• How belonging can exist without moral policing
• Rebuilding relational depth between men and women
• How cultures mature without collapsing into blame or division

The course closes with a process of reflection and integration.

Participants are invited to consider:

What do we keep?
What do we release?
What do we consciously carry forward?

Rather than rejecting the past, this final session asks how inherited patterns can be understood, and transformed, with clarity and maturity.
